ABOUT THE EVENT

ASSET ALLOCATION in REAL ESTATE SUMMIT

FuturePlace is excited to announce the inaugural Asset Allocation in Real Estate Summit. This Summit will bring together Real Estate Funds, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, along with Real Estate Developers & Service Providers to network, share best practices and build relationships

Real Estate touches all aspects of the Australian and global economy. Several significant trends have recently emerged as a result of the pandemic and other socio-economic factors. This includes the shift towards a hybrid working model, the need for increased industrial capacity due to the growth in ecommerce, the rise of AI and the growing demand for cloud-based storage services, a chronic shortage in housing supply, as well as the shift of capital into alternative sectors such as healthcare and the living sectors. This has resulted in dislocations in the market that have created unique opportunities and challenges for real estate investors & managers.

So where are the best investment opportunities? When do you invest? And how do you do this while managing risk?

Come join us at the Asset Allocation in Real Estate Summit and hear senior Real Estate executives and Institutional Investors discuss the future of real estate, and how and where they are investing their capital in this ‘new’ market environment.
